exactly does it mean Prior Service enlisting under continuous service???
If member is in the Reserve under active status (meaning they are still
drilling and have a DD368)
or they have been off active duty within 180 days, receiving an RE-1/R1 and
enlisting into an ECMO A or B (1 or 2) rating, then they are considered
Prior service under continuous service.
THEY ARE NOT considered "continuous service" if they are in the IRR
or have been out and it is day 181!!

dependents for kit documents, but for waiver purposes, the spouse is not
considered. Dependents, whether used for waiver purpose or not, must be
listed as Dependents on QA boardsheet, page 2, Enlisted Financial Statement,
etc. and each Dependent listed MUST HAVE: Certified Birth Certificate,
Certified Marriage License and Social Security Cards.
NOTE: A birth certificate generated by a
hospital with baby footprints is not considered a certified document unless
there is a file number and it comes from the state.

CREO categories "1" and "2"
b. Be a NAVET or OSVET with at least 12 weeks of IADT, Basic Training,
or the equivalent.
c. NAVETs must not be currently receiving any type of Reserve bonus.
d. Designated E3 applicants must have less than 10 years of total service,
E4 applicants must have less than 11 years of total service, E5 applicants
must have less than 18 years of
total service and E6 applicants must have less than 20 years of total
service.
e. No NJP's or convictions in civilian or military courts for the past 18
months.
f. Must obligate in the SELRES for a minimum of 4 years
g. Be assigned a rating conversion NEC upon enlistment per NAVPERS 18068
(series).
NOSC service record holders will complete a NAVPERS 1221/6 upon accession.

for RESCORE.
