When ordering CD's from this site, you MUST fill out the online order form first! Please do not fill out the online order form if you do not plan on paying within 1 week of your online order! Thank you! ~YN2

Due to the countless emails I receive, I am unable to send out a confirmation email. You have two choices though. 1) you can wait and see your name on the order status page which will tell you that I indeed received the online order form and payment, or 2) you can give me a call. (901) 216-2746. If I do not pick up, leave a message, and I will get back to you. Most likely you will see your name on the status page by the time I am able to call you, so check that daily!

If this Online form is not filled out, but you pay through PAYPAL your order will sit in my CD inbox UNTIL this order form is filled out. I receive literally hundreds of orders a month and if the Payment form does not match the online form, your CD's cannot be mailed out!

Also, if you fill the online order form with one last name but pay through PAYPAL with another last name, please notate that on the online order form or your order will not get mailed out immediately until it is researched, or you send an email looking for your order.

For those who did not receive past shipments.
I cannot guarantee delivery. If you mailed payment months ago and are now requesting information about your cd, all I can do is research to when it was sent out. Another reason may be that I never received payment. I cannot be responsible for lost checks in the mail. If you pay by PAYPAL and it was deducted from your account, it is easier to trace and chances are it could be the shipping address. I only mail out to the address that is given to me on the Online order form/PAYPAL order. If you order a CD it is wise to inquire about it within 2 weeks of ordering it, if you still have not received it. All CD's listed on the Status page are in fact, mailed out!

Broken or lost cd's
I understand once in awhile the post office can be rough with your mail and sometimes damage or lose your cd's. If this happens to you, please be reassured that I will mail out a replacement CD of the CD that you ordered. Of course, don't wait 5 months to report a lost or broken CD, because you don't want to miss out on studying!!

Checks/Money orders
If paying by a check or money order, you must make it out to:  Marta Martin. If paying by Check, please allow 4 days for check to clear before CD's are sent. Money orders or Cashiers checks will be processed immediately and CD's will be mailed out within 48 hours.

Overseas FPO's
If you are sending money overseas, please allow time for shipping and give a complete shipping address. All orders are mailed out First Class Mail. If the address is not complete there is a possibility the order will not be received. Giving a US P.O. Box or street address is always recommended.
