PFA Training

Last updated: 04/12/2008

Thank you for stopping by! You are Visitor # Hit Counter Welcome! The following pages are meant to encourage, motivate and prepare you for what lies ahead. The Physical Fitness Assessment, (PFA) formally known as the PRT, is one you will see twice a year during your entire career in the Navy. It is very important that you pass the PFA, otherwise you will get a Page 13 in your service record. This could inevitably lead to bad evals and will look bad during promotion time. Overall it is something you want to make sure you stay completely away from! Enough about the negatives, it's time for some encouragement and motivation!

First of all I want to extend my gratitude to those who helped me with the photos for the following training pages.

GSMC (SW) Michael Holm (USN) ret.

Where is he now?
2008 he has been retired for over a year, doing pretty much the same thing he did in the Navy but getting paid a 6 figure income!!!

Last I heard you were going to IRAQ!!

The following Training will be broken up in different sections to stay organized and allow short download times for those on a slower connection.
